Community Programme

Open learning for a regenerative future.

ALUME believes ecological restoration depends as much on people as it does on forests. Our workshops combine scientific knowledge, practical field experience, traditional wisdom, and creative experimentation to help communities become active participants in regeneration.

Corporate Experiences

Move your ESG programme beyond presentations.

Our corporate experiences place teams inside a real restoration project, where environmental challenges become tangible and measurable.

Instead of hearing about sustainability, participants contribute directly to ongoing regenerative work while gaining a deeper understanding of biodiversity, ecological restoration, and the communities connected to these landscapes.

ALUME — Experience the Forest is a half-day or full-day programme at Fazenda ALUME for organisations seeking meaningful employee engagement.

Activities may include:

  • Guided ecological walk.
  • Tree planting.
  • Ecological monitoring.

ALUME at Your Organisation

Bring the regenerative experience to your workplace.

This interactive programme combines ecology, biodiversity, regenerative thinking, and practical activities adapted to your organisation.

Participants learn about Atlantic Forest restoration while taking part in a symbolic planting activity that later becomes part of ALUME's restoration programme.

When the seedlings are planted at Fazenda ALUME, your organisation receives documentation showing their journey from seed to forest.

Why We Teach

Knowledge multiplies impact.

Every workshop helps create something larger than a single event.

People leave with practical skills, stronger connections to nature, and the confidence to begin regenerative actions in their own communities, schools, organisations, or businesses.

Some become volunteers.

Some become partners.

Some plant their first tree.

Some create projects we could never have imagined ourselves.

That is how regeneration spreads.
